Andrew's Grandma, Terri - Owner / Director / Administrator
Terri has many years of experience in child care and is a Child Development Associate. Her credentials include Principals of Early Childhood Development, Social and Emotional Development, Guidance and Behavior Management, Safe and Healthy Learning Environments, Early Literacy Development, Diversity in Early Childhood, Nutrition and Young Children, Child Abuse Recognition, Communicable Disease Management, First Aid, CPR, Program Management, Team Building, Lesson Planning, and continuing education.
What do you like most about your job? What other job could you have, where when you walk into a room you get ten hugs?!
In her free time, Terri likes to take Andrew to the park or pick up Renee's daughter Julia and take them to a new movie. She also likes to read and do computer art.

Andrew's Friend, Robin - Infants Room
Robin has many years of child care experience, working with all ages and group sizes. She has cared for children in a church nursery as well as in their homes, and spent nine years at Northwest Schools working with 'at risk' and special needs children.
Robin has certifications in First Aid, CPR, Communicable Disease Management as well as Child Abuse Recognition and Prevention, and is well versed in the Ohio Administrative Codes of Child Care.
Working with children her entire life, it is only natural that Robin comes to Andrew's Friends! Having watched children grow and flourish from infancy to becoming young adults, she has a sense of accomplishment in seeing where they go and what they do next.
What do you like most about your job? The rewards of watching children grow and learn. Each child has their own unique personality and are special in every way. Every day is something new!
In her free time, Robin enjoys baseball, football and NASCAR with her beau, Michael, and spending quality time with their friends.

Andrew's Friend, KayLana - Toddlers Room
KayLana is a very family oriented person, and has always been the babysitter for her ten nieces and nephews as well as her many cousins. She has a wonderful disposition and work ethic. Working at Andrew's Friends is perfect for her, and you can always catch her smiling.
What do you like most about your job? I like my boss and my co-workers, and of course the children in my class are great! I also like that I have nights and weekends free to spend with friends and family.
In her free time, KayLana loves to read and to write. She also enjoys movies and going to places like Dave & Busters, but most importantly, spending time with her family.

Andrew's Daddy, Philip - Pre-School Room
Philip has been working with children since his son Andrew was born, first in a licensed facility and then in a 'Type B' home care. Through 4C, he has taken classes on Child Abuse Recognition, Communicable Disease Management, First Aid, CPR, and is currently working toward his CDA.
